I live in Natchez, MS., where I operate my shop. I became interested in the art of wood turning and furniture design because of the friendship with two other wood turners.
You could say my specialty is that I create one-of-a-kind pieces. Some of my primary materials that are now used are magnolia, pecan, walnut, maple, cherry, elm, cedar, hackberry and pear. These are all woods of my native home. My desire is to release and enhance the beauty of the wood.
Creating bowls, a spoon, cutting boards and other items has become a passion for me. My work is in numerous private collections. It brings me joy to know others love my work as much as I do.
